Our Team

Founder | CEO

Zeyad Hassan, P.Eng.

Zeyad is an accomplished professional with over 18 years of experience in the oil & gas, land development, and construction sectors. He has expertise in project management, engineering, and construction, having led multidisciplinary teams and built strong client relationships on large-scale projects. Zeyad is the Founder and CEO of Z Developments, providing advisory services in various industries, including oil & gas, energy, and construction. He also serves on the board of consultants for Indigenous companies in Canada.

Zeyad earned his BS in Electrical Engineering from Cairo University in 2006 and began his career in Egypt's oil & gas sector with NATGAS, powered by SHELL. In 2013, he joined the Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Company (SATORP) as a Commissioning Manager at one of the world's most advanced refineries. After moving to Canada in 2015, he obtained his professional engineering license in 2019 and transitioned into land development and construction, managing projects in Ontario with leading developers.

Mike Parker

Mike has over 45 years of experience in the oil and gas, construction, and land development industries. He began his career in Alberta's exploration fields and later worked in Texas during the oil boom. After the collapse of oil prices, he shifted focus to construction, where he became a highly regarded manager. For 15 years, Mike successfully managed industrial, commercial, and institutional projects across Ontario and South Carolina. In the early 2000s, Mike transitioned to residential construction, joining homebuilding companies where he improved systems and processes as president, in 2020 Mike founded his own consulting firm, offering expertise to builders, developers, and contractors in Ontario and USA.

Mayo Adenlolu, PMP®

Mayo is a dynamic project development manager with extensive expertise in relationship management and business development, honed through the application of project management methodologies. With a multidisciplinary background and a PMP certification, along with qualifications in engineering and health, safety & environment, she brings a wealth of experience across a range of industries, including manufacturing, IT, real estate, and the humanities. Her expertise lies in overseeing projects from initiation to completion, Mayo ensures successful and on-time delivery while maintaining client satisfaction. She currently leads innovative projects focused on hydro-carbon contaminated water treatment solutions and oversees a growing real estate portfolio. Mayo is skilled at building and nurturing corporate and vendor relationships, effectively planning and monitoring project workflows, and maintaining tight control over budgets and timelines. Passionate about giving back, she has dedicated many years to volunteering and community service, reflecting her commitment to making a positive impact beyond her professional endeavors.
